Orla Hair Salon – Booking & Cancellation Policy

At Orla Hair Salon, every appointment is reserved exclusively for you. To ensure we provide the highest level of service to all our clients, we kindly ask that you respect the following booking and cancellation policy:

Appointment Cancellations & Rescheduling

We require a minimum of 48 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule your appointment.

• Cancellations made within 48 hours of your appointment will incur a 50% cancellation fee.
• Cancellations made within 24 hours or same-day cancellations will be charged 100% of the scheduled service.
• No-shows will also be charged 100% of the appointment cost.

Deposits

A non-refundable deposit may be required to secure your booking, particularly for longer or color services.

• Deposits will be applied toward your final service total.
• In the event of late cancellations or no-shows, the deposit will be forfeited.

Late Arrivals

If you arrive late, we will do our best to accommodate you; however:

• Your appointment may need to be shortened or rescheduled.
• Full service charges may still apply.

Courtesy Reminder

We understand that unexpected circumstances can arise. We kindly ask for as much notice as possible so we can offer your appointment time to another client.

Agreement

By booking an appointment with Orla Hair Salon, you agree to the terms of this cancellation policy.
