Please Read Carefully – Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

Booking Policy

All clients are required to place a reservation fee of $50 and a card on file to book an appointment. You can use this deposit towards your service. By booking your appointment and adding a payment method, you autherize Orla salon to charge your card in accordance with this booking policy and our cancellation policy below.

Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

We truly value your time and appreciate you choosing our salon. In order to provide the best experience for all of our guests and respect the time of our stylists, we kindly ask for your understanding of the following policy:

24-Hour Notice

• If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we kindly request at least 24 hours’ notice prior to your scheduled service. This allows us the opportunity to offer that time to another guest.
• 
  Less Than 24 Hours’ Notice
• Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice will incur a fee of 50% of the scheduled service total.

Your $50 reservation fee be forfeited and applied towards will be used towards this charge.

Same-Day Cancellations/No show

Appointments canceled same-day as well as not showing up without notice will be charged 100% of the scheduled service total. Your $50 reservation fee be forfeited and applied towards will be used towards the noshow charge.
